Is it really free?
Yes. Up to 8 hours of implementation cost nothing and there is no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
Who can get it?
Any business starting with Odoo or setting up a new Odoo database — one free implementation per business.
Which apps can you set up?
Any of Odoo's core apps — Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Point of Sale, CRM, HR, Project and the others listed above — with their standard features. Enterprise-only apps need an Odoo Enterprise subscription (included in Odoo Online and Odoo.sh plans).
Can you customize Odoo during the free hours?
No. The free hours cover Odoo's default features only. Customizations, custom modules and changes to standard workflows are quoted separately.
What happens after the 8 hours?
You keep everything we configured. If you want more help — training, data import, customization or support — we send a clear quote first.
Do I need to pay for Odoo itself?
Odoo Community is free. Odoo Enterprise, Odoo Online and Odoo.sh have subscription fees paid to Odoo S.A.; they're not part of this offer.
